About the role
The Accounting Manager leads the accounting function for the dealerships.
Tasks
- Accurately prepare monthly dealership financial statements within manufacturer timelines.
- Ensure payroll is accurately recorded, reconciled, and disbursed.
- Maintain core human resources records, including employee files.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including floorplanning for new and used vehicles.
- Continue education and training on the dealership management system (DMS), including ongoing system onboarding.
- Verify that warranty claims, sales rebates, and other manufacturer incentiv
