Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or any accounting-related field
• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, with the ability to manage, coach, and develop staff
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to address client or internal stakeholder concerns professionally and efficiently
