Arca is seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor based in the Philippines to work remotely for one of our U.S.-based clients. This role requires exceptional storytelling instincts and the ability to craft compelling narratives from raw footage.

This position is not for editors who simply assemble clips or rely on flashy effects. Our client values editors who deeply understand the story behind the video and make intentional creative decisions that enhance the message.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform raw footage into polished, story-driven long-form videos including YouTube content, brand stories, interviews, testimonials, educational, and commercial productions.
• Identify the central narrative, strongest moments, and emotional tone within the footage.
• Make independent editorial decisions on structure, sequencing, pacing, and tone to serve the story effectively.
• Use B-roll strategically to clarify ideas, reinforce meaning, and maintain viewer engagement.
• Select music that complements and supports the emotional direction of the video.
• Edit interviews and testimonials into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Create brand and website videos that clearly communicate a company’s mission, audience, and value.
• Enhance viewer retention without sacrificing professionalism or content quality.
• Perform professional color correction, audio cleanup, sound design, and final finishing touches.
• Incorporate titles, lower thirds, motion graphics, and other visual elements only when they strengthen the story.
• Manage feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain meticulous organization of footage, project files, assets, and exports.
• Communicate proactively with the team and clients to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
