Join our finance team to manage accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting tasks including bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights for business decisions. Manage taxation processes including GST and TDS calculations and timely submissions. Conduct debtor management by following up on overdue accounts and negotiating payment plans. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth financial data flow. Use Tally ERP and MS Office tools to maintain records and generate financial reports. Support annual audits by providing documentation and coordinating with external auditors. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Finance. 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting, taxation, GST, and financial reporting. Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
