Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting tasks including bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to provide actionable insights for business planning.
- Handle taxation duties such as GST and TDS calculations and timely submissions to meet all tax regulations.
- Conduct debtor management by following up on overdue accounts and negotiating payment plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial data flow and support organizational needs.
- Utilize Tally ERP and MS Office tools to maintain accounting records and generate financial reports efficiently.
- Assist with annual audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with external auditors.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Finance.
- 3-5 years of proven accounting experience focusing on taxation, GST, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
