About the role
Avattech Solutions Center is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support customer payments and payment reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer payments through credit cards and digital wallets.
- Process e-check and payment reconciliations, matching collections against invoices.
- Resolve failed transactions and billing concerns.
- Manage chargebacks and disputes.
- Verify that payments received align with recorded e-commerce sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an accounting-related course.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts reconciliation.
- Willingness to work onsite in Madrigal Ayala, Alabang, and on a night shift schedule.
