Admission Counsellor – Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students on admission requirements, procedures, and academic programs.
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand student needs and recommend appropriate pathways.
• Manage student inquiries by phone, email, and in-person consultation.
• Track student interactions, maintain accurate records, and follow up on leads to support successful admissions.
• Build relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders.
• Help organize and participate in education fairs and outreach programs.
• Stay informed about education industry trends and admission requirements to provide accurate guidance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage students and stakeholders professionally.
• One to three years of experience in a similar role is desirable; educational counselling or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with educational software and CRM tools is preferred.
• Organized, student-focused approach with strong follow-up skills.

Location and Compensation

Work location: Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This is an on-site position and is not remote eligible.
