Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to prospective students on admission procedures and academic programs.
• Conduct personalized one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student needs and recommend suitable educational pathways.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing and participating in educational fairs and outreach initiatives to promote the institution.
• Stay informed about industry trends and admission requirements to deliver accurate information.
• Manage inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face consultations efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow up on leads to ensure successful admissions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students and stakeholders.
• Experience in educational counselling or customer service is advantageous.
• Familiarity with educational software and CRM tools is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.
