Key Responsibilities Develop and manage advertising campaigns that align with company objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the advertising space. Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging advertisements across various platforms. Monitor and evaluate the performance of advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary. Manage budget allocations to ensure effective spending on advertising initiatives. Coordinate with external vendors and partners for advertising materials and promotions. Prepare reports on advertising metrics and present findings to stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be involved in special projects, enhancing team interactions through brainstorming sessions and feedback loops to refine advertising efforts. Key success metrics will include audience engagement rates, campaign return on investment, and brand visibility improvement. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing or advertising is a plus. Proven creativity and a good eye for design in advertising. Experience with advertising and marketing tactics, ideally in a part-time or internship capacity. Familiarity with common advertising software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms). Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
