Technical Account Manager

Tasks

• Be the main technical contact for major U.S. carriers
• Drive smartphone certification from pre-test to carrier approval

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Telecom, EE, CS or a related field
• 5+ years in smartphones, including 3+ years with North American carriers
• Hands-on with AT&T / Verizon / T-Mobile / Tracfone certification
• Knowledge of NAC, PCO, 3GPP, RCS, eSIM, TTY, RF, power and IOT testing
• Able to manage several device programs at once
• Fluent English; U.S. work authorization
• Miami or NJ preferred
• Verizon TAM experience, existing carrier relationships, Chinese

• Fully remote
• Direct hire by the U.S. entity
