Agentic AI Developer/ Architect

Job Title: Agentic AI Developer/ ArchitectLocation: local to Austin and available to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week onsite Job Type: Long-term Contract
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced AI Architect with expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Java development to design and implement scalable, secure, AI-driven enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building Java-based microservices while integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and Agentic AI solutions into cloud-native applications.
Responsibilities• Design scalable AI-enabled enterprise applications and architecture.• Develop and architect Java (Spring Boot) microservices and REST APIs.• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using AI orchestration frameworks.• Integrate LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents into enterprise applications.• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver AI solutions.• Define architecture standards, security, and best practices.• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and mentor development teams.
Required Qualifications• 8+ years of application architecture and enterprise software development.• Strong Java development experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Java 11/17+.• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, and vector databases.• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.• Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.• Knowledge of Python is a plus.• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and enterprise security is preferred.
Bonus Points• Experience in gaming, media, or interactive entertainment industries.• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI-driven applications.• Experience integrating GenAI solutions into employee- or player-facing platforms.
