About the role

Modernize enterprise IVR and contact center solutions using conversational AI, LLMs and intelligent workflow automation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a technical bachelor's degree
• Python, JavaScript, Java and REST APIs
• Agentic AI, LLMs, NLP and conversational AI
• AI agent orchestration, tool calling and multistep workflows
• Speech-to-text, text-to-speech and voice-enabled applications
• Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Genesys Cloud or similar IVR platforms
• LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or comparable frameworks
• RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering and AI guardrails
• AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, federal cybersecurity and enterprise contact center modernization.
• U.S. Public Trust eligibility required
