About the role
My client is an early-stage AI company building models that reason about physical structure and geometry.
Tasks
- Tool use, orchestration, retrieval, and agent workflows
- Full-stack product development
- Evals that expose real failure modes
- Deployment, observability, latency, and cost
Requirements
- 3–6 years of software engineering experience
- Substantial agentic systems experience
- Production LLM work
- Python plus TypeScript or C++
- Daily use of Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor is required
Schedule
- Five days onsite
- 60+ hours per week expected
Pay
- $200K–$280K base
