Key Responsibilities

• Manage crop production schedules and maintain optimal growing conditions.
• Inspect crops, assess their health, and identify and address potential issues.
• Develop crop management strategies, including pest and disease control.
• Analyze soil health and nutrient levels, and recommend amendments.
• Work with farmers and stakeholders to promote effective agricultural practices and technologies.
• Monitor market trends and advise on crop selection and rotation to support yield and profitability.
• Prepare reports and presentations on crop performance and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with research, development, and supply chain teams on agricultural projects.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in crop management and agronomy.
• Knowledge of soil science, pest management, and sustainable farming practices.
• Familiarity with agricultural software and crop-monitoring tools.
