Conduct regular crop health inspections and address potential issues promptly. Develop and implement crop management strategies including pest and disease control. Analyze soil health and nutrient levels; recommend necessary amendments. Collaborate with farmers and stakeholders to promote best agricultural practices and technologies. Monitor market trends and advise on crop selection and rotation to maximize yield and profitability. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on crop performance and sustainability initiatives for management. The Agriculture Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams including research, development, and supply chain experts. Success will be measured by improvements in crop yield, compliance with organic standards, and cost reductions in agricultural practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or related field. Minimum 3 years proven experience in crop management and agronomy. Strong knowledge of soil science, pest management, and sustainable farming practices. Familiarity with agricultural software and crop monitoring tools. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
