Disability Support Specialist in Aldar Albydaʾ, Casablanca-Settat

Zakaria is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Specialist to join our team in Aldar Albydaʾ, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco. In this full-time role, you will empower individuals with disabilities by providing personalized support and fostering an inclusive environment that enhances their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide individualized assistance to clients with disabilities, supporting daily activities and goal achievement. Develop and implement customized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences. Facilitate effective communication among clients, their families, and other support professionals. Document client progress meticulously, ensuring care plans are followed and updated as needed. Conduct regular client assessments to maintain effective and adaptive support. Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in disability support. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education in social services or related fields is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members. Previous experience in caregiving or support roles, especially with individuals with disabilities, is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software tools for documentation and communication. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus.
