Zakaria is hiring a full-time Disability Support Specialist in Méchouar de Casablanca, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco. Help people with disabilities build independence, pursue personal goals, and navigate daily challenges through individualized support in an inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with disabilities in daily activities and personal goal setting.
- Develop and carry out tailored care plans that reflect each client’s needs and preferences.
- Coordinate communication among clients, families, and other support professionals.
- Document client progress, monitor care plans, and recommend adjustments when needed.
- Assess client needs regularly to ensure support remains appropriate and effective.
