Part-Time AI Engineer – Remote, United States

Agency is seeking a part-time AI Engineer based in the United States. This remote role focuses on developing, analyzing, and improving AI models that help solve complex problems, improve operational efficiency, and enhance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI models based on data analysis and project requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform model development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into applications.
• Optimize and refine models for robustness and effectiveness throughout their lifecycle.
• Document processes and findings to support knowledge sharing and model maintenance.
• Participate in project discussions and align AI solutions with business objectives.
• Evaluate and test model performance using relevant metrics.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis and AI model development.
• Experience with software and tools used in AI engineering.
• At least two years of experience in AI or a related field is preferred.

Team and Work Environment

Work remotely within the United States as part of a small, collaborative team. You may report to a project lead or technical manager and will work with other departments across a variety of projects.
