About the role

Build scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI solutions within a regulated financial services environment.

Tasks

• Design and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI applications
• Build RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge sources
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM performance
• Build scalable APIs and cloud-based AI services
• Implement MLOps, monitoring, testing, and deployment practices
• Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI standards
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders

Requirements

• 3–6 Years
• USC only
• LinkedIn Profile Required
• Strong Python programming skills
• AI/ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
• Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases & semantic search
• RESTful APIs and microservices
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Git, CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production
• Preferred: Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI
• Preferred: Databricks or Snowflake
• Preferred: Docker and Kubernetes
• Preferred: MLOps, model monitoring & lifecycle management
• Preferred: AI governance, responsible AI & data privacy
• Preferred: Financial services, banking, capital markets, wealth management, or FinTech experience
