We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve real business challenges. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to design, evaluate, and optimize AI-driven solutions that are practical, reliable, and scalable. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with emerging AI technologies, and can clearly communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, we'd love to hear from you.Role ResponsibilitiesPartner with engineers and non-technical stakeholders to ensure AI outputs are explainable, reliable, and usableDesign, test, and refine high-quality prompts for LLMs to support content generation, analysis, and automationApply software architecture and design principles when integrating AI into systemsDefine practical evaluation criteria, test cases, and feedback loops to measure and improve AI output quality.Apply software architecture and design principles when integrating AI into systems and business processes, including appropriate testing and documentation.Communicate technical concepts clearly and help stakeholders understand the capabilities and limitations of AI solutionsRequired Experience3–8 years of professional software engineering or development experienceFamiliarity with the software development lifecycle, Agile delivery, testing, debugging, documentation, and engineering best practicesPractical experience with AI prompt engineering and Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt design, prompt chaining, evaluation, and iterationFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflowsExperience working in business-facing or consulting-style environmentsStrong problem-solving, communication, and technical judgmentAbility to work independently, manage ambiguity, and iterate quicklyNearshore experience or availability with meaningful overlap with U.S. business hours is strongly preferredPreferred (Nice to Have)Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and best practices (e.g., data structures, algorithms, system design, architecture)Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code or similar toolsStrong understanding of computer science fundamentals and best practices, including data structures, algorithms, system design, and architecturePractical understanding of data science concepts, including data quality, interpretation, and limitationsExperience with C#, TypeScript, and/or SQLIdeal Candidate Profile (Soft Skills)Highly client-oriented and solution-focusedAble to translate business needs into practical technical solutionsComfortable working with incomplete information and iterating quicklyStrong problem solver with sound technical judgmentAble to operate independently while collaborating effectively with a teamExcellent communicator; able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
