Tasks

Observe and learn about the implementation and integration of AI-powered solutions into our tech support operations.
Write content using AI.
Participate in discussions and research related to AI for tech support.
Contribute to the development of training materials for AI.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Tech or any related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
