Tasks

• Observe and learn about AI-powered solutions integration in tech support operations
• Create content using AI tools
• Participate in discussions and research related to AI for tech support

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Tech or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Preference for candidates with Chinese language proficiency
