AI Training Account Manager - Remote - United States

Zentrox is seeking a part-time AI Training Account Manager to work remotely within the United States. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage client accounts in the fast-growing artificial intelligence sector. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to provide updates and gather feedback on AI training initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored AI training solutions that align with client requirements.
• Analyze client needs and offer strategic guidance on AI training processes and best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and project progress for transparency and future reference.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing account activities and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in artificial intelligence to better serve clients.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background to effectively understand AI training and related workflows.
• Experience with project management tools and CRM software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.

This role requires close collaboration with various departments to optimize client service delivery. The AI Training Account Manager will report directly to the Account Management supervisor, ensuring alignment with company goals and client satisfaction.
