Requirements

* Available seven days a week, including weekends
* Reliable transportation
* Dependable, punctual, and responsible
* Fast, efficient, and able to complete cleanings within required timeframes
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently and manage time effectively
* Comfortable with flexible schedules and same-day turnovers
* Airbnb or residential cleaning experience preferred
* Must take clear before-and-after pictures for every cleaning

Responsibilities

* Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas
* Change linens and make beds
* Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect
* Restock guest and cleaning supplies
* Follow cleaning checklists carefully
* Work quickly while maintaining high-quality standards
* Take and submit clear before-and-after pictures
* Report damage, maintenance concerns, or missing items
* Ensure every property is clean, comfortable, and guest-ready
