Consistently adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and service standards during all interactions. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively. Proficient in time management to handle multiple inquiries efficiently. Proven problem-solving skills to assist customers with various challenges. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with online booking systems or travel industry platforms is a plus.
