Key Responsibilities Design and implement individualized lesson plans using the Montessori method to inspire and engage students. Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary to ensure optimal learning outcomes. Provide one-on-one support and guidance to enhance student understanding and confidence in various subjects. Maintain a prepared and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and curiosity. Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress, challenges, and successes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Montessori Certification (AMI/AMS or equivalent) is required. Proficient in the Montessori Method and its application in a learning environment. Experience working with children, particularly in a Montessori setting, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
