Cashier responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Perform general cleaning and keep shelves and merchandise displays neat.
• Share product, inventory, scanning, and other store feedback with management.
• Help conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash-handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Stocker responsibilities

• Stock and rotate merchandise to keep fresh products available.
• Follow merchandising planograms and maintain appealing displays.
• Organize new inventory and remove or break down empty boxes.
• Operate machinery safely and follow required safety procedures.

Team responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to the direct leader.
• Protect the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and physical requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store.
• Stockers must be able to move merchandise from receiving to shelves and place products weighing up to 45 pounds at various shelf heights.
