• Source and recruit Physical Therapists and other allied healthcare professionals for US staffing requirements.
• Use Indeed, LinkedIn, resume databases, and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen candidates and discuss job opportunities, qualifications, and availability.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Achieve recruitment targets and support successful placements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in US healthcare or allied staffing recruitment.
• Physical Therapist recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• A proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.
