XPORT FREIGHT & LOGISTICS LLP is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for our Export Freight Division based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India . Join our established logistics company known for innovative supply chain solutions across diverse industries. This full-time role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your sales expertise will drive company growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet client needs in the export freight sector. Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective clients, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of emerging shipping and logistics trends. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer fulfillment. Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, performance reports, and forecasts to senior management. Monitor sales metrics regularly to evaluate performance and develop strategies for continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. 2-5 years proven sales experience, preferably within the shipping and logistics industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills. Proficiency in developing and executing effective sales strategies. Experience with CRM software and sales management tools. Sales Management certification or equivalent is a plus. As a key member of our sales team, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. This role is based in Mumbai and is not eligible for remote work. Compensation: ₹50,000 per year
