Amazon Accounts Health Specialist

Amazon Account Health Manager, this is a specialist role focused on maintaining and improving the health of an Amazon seller account.

Main Responsibilities:
Monitor the Account Health Dashboard in Amazon Seller Central.
Resolve policy violations, listing suppressions, and compliance issues.
Handle appeals for account warnings, ASIN restrictions, and suspensions.
Communicate with Amazon Seller Support and Account Health Support teams.
Track performance metrics such as:
Order Defect Rate (ODR)
Late Shipment Rate
Valid Tracking Rate
Customer complaints
Submit required documents (invoices, compliance certificates, test reports, etc.).
Prevent account deactivation by identifying risks early.

Working Mode: Fully remote Position
