NovaSpeedHoldings is seeking an Entry-Level Fiber Sales Representative to join our growing telecommunications team in Washington, D.C. Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers to assess their fiber internet needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Make outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Educate customers on the advantages of fiber optic technology and address their questions.
• Work closely with team members and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Track sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service by resolving concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance your sales skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or communications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrated sales ability or experience in customer service roles.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales or related fields; ideal for entry-level candidates.
