Entry-Level Fiber Sales Representative – Washington, D.C.

NovaSpeedHoldings is hiring an Entry-Level Fiber Sales Representative for a contract position in Washington, D.C. In this customer-focused role, you’ll help residential and business customers find fiber internet solutions that fit their needs. This is an opportunity to build sales skills in a collaborative telecommunications team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective customers, identify their fiber internet needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Make outbound sales calls and follow up with leads to develop new business opportunities.
• Explain the benefits of fiber optic internet and answer customer questions.
• Work with colleagues and the Sales Manager to develop effective sales strategies.
• Track sales metrics, report performance, and adjust sales approaches as needed.
• Provide responsive customer service and address concerns to support a positive customer experience.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to strengthen sales skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in sales or communications is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Sales ability or experience in a customer service role.
• Zero to two years of experience in sales or a related field is welcome.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.

Compensation and Work Details

• Pay: $85,000 per year
• Job type: Contract
• Location: Washington, D.C.; this position is not remote.
• Reports to: Sales Manager
