Conduct workshops and one-on-one sessions focused on interview preparation and job search strategies. Provide guidance on Amazon's application process and available career resources. Maintain updated knowledge of Amazon's job openings and company culture. Collaborate with local organizations to host job fairs and community outreach initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the success rates of participants in securing employment. Gather feedback and insights to refine the services offered and improve job seeker outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma is required; additional certifications in career counseling or coaching are preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with job seekers. Experience in career services, recruitment, or related fields is advantageous. Familiarity with various job search platforms and resume-building tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of Amazon’s employment process is a plus. The role involves working within a collaborative team environment where you will report directly to the Career Services Manager.
