Job description
Manage Resources is recruiting a Technical Purchasing Analyst for a growing family-owned company in the logistics and industrial development sector. This is a full-time, on-site position in Belgrano, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Role mission
Coordinate the complete purchasing cycle, ensuring efficiency, traceability, regulatory compliance, and supplier quality.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate suppliers and request quotations.
- Compare options using technical, cost, and delivery-time criteria.
- Issue purchase orders and contracts.
- Record and document purchasing transactions in accordance with legal and tax requirements.
- Manage issues and claims, securing effective resolutions.
Qualifications and experience
- Three to five years of experience in a similar role, ideally in industrial purchasing or construction.
- Technical education related to construction is preferred, such as Construction Technician, Architecture, or Civil or Industrial Engineering. Advanced students with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and digital tools.
- Preference for candidates based near Belgrano, Buenos Aires.
