Job description
Job Summary
Support all the treasury cash operations by managing banking platforms, processing payments, monitoring cash positioning, resolving payment issues, and assisting with foreign currency transactions and treasury initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of finance, treasury, or accounting experience
• Hands on banking platform and payment processing experience
• Experience with ACH, wires, cash positioning, payment exceptions, and FX
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
Key Responsibilities
• Initiate and approve cash transactions across banking platforms
• Process vendor and payroll payments
• Review daily cash positions and transfer excess cash when appropriate
• Investigate and resolve mispayments and payment exceptions
• Manage USD and foreign currency conversions
• Support investments, bank controls, and process improvements, and banking optimization
About the Role
• Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days in office with half day WFH, Fridays off.
• Contract: Expected to run through November with potential for extension
• Location: Houston Energy Corridor
