Job description
Tasks
- Manual and semi-automated QA for Android speech technologies
- Test Hotword Detection, Speaker ID, ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), TTS (Text-to-Speech), and Speech Translation
- Perform test planning, test case creation, regression testing, and release verification
- Validate speech models, language packs, and APK releases
- Test Android applications including Live Caption, Voice Access, Recorder, Gboard Voice Typing, Live Translate, and Gemini/Assistant
- Use ADB and Logcat for debugging, model verification, and issue triage
- Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce, investigate, and resolve issues
