QUALIFICATIONS:
- Apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Make-ready experience
- Pool maintenance
- Grounds upkeep and general property maintenance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must provide your own tools
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Complete make-ready turns and inspections
- Maintain the grounds and community areas
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained property
