Appian Developer

Tasks

• Support and maintain Appian applications to ensure production stability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L1/L2 production issues within defined SLAs.
• Monitor applications, investigate alerts, and identify potential issues.
• Assist with root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and preventive fixes.
• Implement minor enhancements and fixes to improve application performance.
• Support change management, release activities, and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Identify repetitive tasks and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Follow security, governance, and production support best practices.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Appian BPM
• Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and incident management
• Understanding of production monitoring, RCA, and release management
• Familiarity with workflow automation, IDP, and RPA is an advantage

Schedule

• Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week
• Willingness to work onsite 2–3 days per week
