Application Architect – Data & Analytics

Tasks

• Design and implement scalable enterprise data and analytics architectures.
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, DAX, and semantic models.
• Design and maintain Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Administer and manage Databricks environments, clusters, security, and performance.
• Deploy and manage cloud resources across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Work on data warehousing, data lakes, data integration, and dimensional modeling.
• Explore and integrate AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions.
• Implement DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and cloud security best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application, data, and analytics solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, DAX, and semantic models.
• Extensive experience with Azure Data Factory and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Databricks administration and platform management.
• Cloud experience across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Strong SQL, data warehousing, and data modeling skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud security, and infrastructure automation.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
• Preferred: Azure, AWS, GCP, or Databricks certifications.
• Preferred: Experience with Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI.
• Preferred: Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
• Preferred: Public-sector or large enterprise project experience.
