Remote Appointment Setter – Latin America, US Hours

Next Estimate is hiring a full-time, remote Appointment Setter based in Latin America to book Strategy Calls for its founder. Work Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. U.S. Central Time.

Pay: $4 per hour base, plus $50 for each Strategy Call the owner joins and $250 for each sale within 60 days. Pay is issued every Friday in USD. During your first six weeks, weekly pay is at least $250.

Next Estimate LLC, based in Austin, Texas, builds ads, websites, and estimators for U.S. fence companies. From November 1 until U.S. clocks change in March, the schedule is 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Mexico City and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Colombia.

What you'll do

• Call fence company owners who submit a quiz from a Facebook ad or respond to an email, aiming to reach each new lead within five minutes.
• Call interested owners in the company's CRM between new leads; the prospect list is ongoing.
• Book qualified prospects for a 45-minute Zoom Strategy Call with founder Jake Cox.
• Make calls on a recorded line only; texting is not part of this role.
• Record notes in the CRM after every call.
• Review recorded calls with Jake weekly and meet daily with him during your first few weeks.

Pay details

• Your base pay is $4 per hour ($160 per week), plus $50 for each held Strategy Call and $250 for each sale made within 60 days.
• For your first six weeks, if your base pay plus held-call pay is less than $250 in a week, Next Estimate pays $250 for that week.
• The $50 held-call payment applies only when the owner joins the call and is paid the following Friday.
• Sales commissions may arrive more than 60 days after the original call, so early earnings are mainly base pay and held-call payments.

What to expect

• Some owners may decline, hang up, or ask you to send the price by text.
• Some prospects may book but not attend; only attended calls earn the held-call payment.
• Allow about three months to become comfortable in the role.
