Architecture Business Analyst

About the role

Support a global Architecture amp; Engineering Excellence function and help drive complex technology transformation initiatives.

Tasks

• Manage cross-workstream dependencies across domains, products, programs, and delivery teams.
• Translate architecture decisions into clear requirements, user stories, actions, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain dependency, decision, and requirements traceability.
• Identify impacted teams/systems and ensure architecture decisions are reflected in downstream execution.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Data Architects, engineers, and delivery teams.
• Track ownership, blockers, aging, completion, and unresolved dependencies.
• Maintain structured architecture and dependency repositories.
• Prepare status reports, summaries, and operational metrics for leadership.
• Use AI tools to summarize discussions, extract requirements, identify dependencies, draft work items, and improve knowledge management.

• Backlog and work management
• Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
• Knowledge Management / Information Architecture
• Taxonomy amp; Ontology
• Complex transformation programs
• Practical use of AI for business analysis and knowledge work
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and concurrent programs.
• Understand technical concepts well enough to partner with architects and engineers.
• Excellent written communication and follow-through.
