Job description
Accenture is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst in London, England, United Kingdom. In this full-time, on-site role, you will support strategic financial decisions and help strengthen organizational performance through analysis, reporting, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis to support forecasting and budgeting.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, explaining financial variances and trends.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights for strategic planning.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions when results vary from plan.
- Develop financial models to assess new business initiatives.
- Help ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies.
- Mentor junior colleagues and support their development of financial analysis skills.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related discipline.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with financial tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- CFA or CMA certification preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
