Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support forecasting and budgeting.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, explaining variances and trends.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights for strategic planning.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions when results vary from plan.
- Develop financial models for new business initiatives.
- Support compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Mentor junior team members and strengthen their financial analysis skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Experience with financial tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- CFA or CMA certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Team and Reporting
Work alongside experienced finance professionals in a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment. This position reports to the Finance Manager.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
Annual pay: 250000. This is a full-time, on-site position in London, England, United Kingdom.
