Develop and implement effective time management strategies to optimize resource allocation. Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. Prepare regular reports on team performance, operational issues, and strategic recommendations for senior management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in management roles. Proven expertise in Team Management, Negotiation, and Time Management. Strong ability to lead teams towards achieving strategic objectives. Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting tools/software. Industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
