Qualifications and requirements:
-Strong leadership and people management skills
-Good communication and customer service skills
-Knowledgeable in daily operations, inventory monitoring, sales monitoring, and staff scheduling
-Able to handle multiple branches or store locations
-Willing to do field work and branch visits
-Can work under pressure and solve operational concerns immediately
-Honest, responsible, and with good decision-making skills
-Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic report preparation
