Job description
ENCOM GLOBAL is seeking an IT Technical Sales Advisor to join its growing team in Panama City, Panama. In this full-time, on-site role, you will connect customers with technology solutions that meet their needs and help deliver excellent technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers on hardware and software solutions suited to their requirements.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Demonstrate products and prepare compelling sales proposals.
- Work with the sales team to develop market strategies and achieve sales goals.
- Train customers on the effective use of products and technology.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Stay current with IT industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- University degree in information systems or a related field.
- At least three years of technical sales experience, preferably in IT.
- Strong technical support and customer service skills.
- Industry certifications in hardware or software are a plus.
- Experience with sales management tools and CRM systems.
