Job description
ASOCIACIÓN DE SEÑORAS DE LA CARIDAD DE SAN VICENTE DE PAÚL is seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant for its team in Zone 10, Guatemala City. This on-site role supports the recording, monitoring, and analysis of accounting transactions while helping ensure compliance with internal policies and current tax and accounting regulations.
Responsibilities
- Support the accurate recording and control of accounting transactions.
- Assist with accounting analysis, tax-related tasks, and bank reconciliations.
- Follow internal procedures and applicable tax and accounting requirements.
Requirements
- Female, ages 25–35, as specified in the original posting.
- High school diploma as a Perito Contador; university studies in CPA or Business Administration are preferred.
- At least one year of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Accounting knowledge, tax knowledge, bank reconciliation skills, accounting logic, and strong numerical skills.
