Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to current procedures. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong skills in assembly and ability to read blueprints. Basic math skills are necessary for measuring and calculations. Preferably, some experience in a manufacturing or assembly role. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
