Assistant Controller

Our client, a growing manufacturing company in Ohio, is seeking an Assistant Controller to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Assistant ControllerPresent monthly financial results to the Controller, department heads, and corporate leadership.Lead month-end close processes within a one-week timeline and oversee day-to-day finance operations.Partner with department leaders to develop accurate financial forecasts.Review and approve journal entries while maintaining strong internal control procedures.Coordinate the annual budgeting process and monitor departmental and cost variance accountability.Manage both external and internal audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
