Remote Customer Service Representative - United States

H&H Capital Group is hiring a full-time, remote Customer Service Representative in the United States. In this role, you will support customers by responding to questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Your work will help improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat with clear, concise communication.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Resolve complaints and customer issues using effective problem-solving skills.
• Keep accurate, organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work with teammates to improve service processes and the customer experience.
• Stay current on product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Meet individual and team performance goals for response times and customer satisfaction.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening and strong customer-focused problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Employment Details

Pay: $30 per hour.

Schedule: Full-time.
