About the role
Broadview Licensed Daycare is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Director.
The Assistant Director position will be a vital role in providing positive leadership, guidance and support to all Early Childhood Educators.
This leadership role is suited for an experienced early childhood educator who is committed to high-quality care, staff collaboration, and building positive relationships with children, families and staff.
Tasks
- The Assistant Director supports the Centre Director in the daily operations of the child care centre.
- Provide leadership to staff, assist with administrative duties, and ensures continuity of operations.
- The Assistant Director assumes responsibility of the centre in the Director's absence.
- Help monitor program quality and classroom environments.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Centre Director.
Requirements
- ECE level 3 certification, or ECE level 2 cer
