EōS Fitness is bold, upbeat, and motivating. The Assistant Fitness Manager helps build a cohesive Personal Training (PT) team, maintain a healthy client pipeline, and deliver exceptional fitness experiences to clients and members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct welcome workouts with new members and guide their initial fitness experiences and introduction to personal training programs.
• Promote personal training packages, build relationships with members, and drive personal training sales.
• Work with the membership and personal training teams to sell training packages and provide exceptional service.
• Lead the team and help ensure daily sales targets are met, especially during weekends or when the Fitness Manager is not present.
• Achieve sales targets for personal training services and small group training sessions.
