Assistant Maintenance Manager

Support clients in the property management industry. Responsibilities include monitoring and assigning work orders, coordinating with vendors, communicating with property owners and tenants, overseeing appliance improvements, scheduling cleaning teams, managing property filters, and ensuring proper documentation in AppFolio. Requirements include strong English communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish, AppFolio experience, stable internet, UPS backup, dual monitors, and strong organization and follow-up skills. Fully remote position with paid training, growth opportunities, and schedules available Mon-Sun 45 hours per week. Starting at $5/hr, depending on experience, with paid lunch.
