Assistant Manager

We’re hiring a driven, hands on Assistant Manager to help lead our fast-paced automotive service center. If you know how to motivate a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and aren’t afraid to jump in on the shop floor, we want you.

Position Overview
As Assistant Manager, you’ll support daily operations including:
• Lube Center Operations — Overseeing workflow, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Tire Sales — Recommending products, managing inventory, and driving revenues
• Brake Services — Ensuring safe, accurate brake inspections and repairs
• Team Leadership — Coaching techs, maintaining a positive culture, and upholding standards
• Customer Service — Building trust, explaining services clearly, and resolving concerns
