Assistant Manager Supply Chain Planning

About the role

Remarkhb is hiring an Assistant Manager for Supply Chain Planning in the Supply Chain department in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Responsibilities

• Drive S&OP work with sales, brand and trade marketing, production, supply chain, and distribution teams to align demand and supply plans.
• Monitor SKU-wise inventory status, stock movement, stock-out risk, slow-moving stock, and replenishment requirements.
• Follow up on production plans, supply schedules, dispatch status, and delivery priorities to support timely product availability.
• Track forecast versus actual sales variance and highlight major gaps for corrective planning.
• Prepare regular demand, supply, inventory, stock-out, pending order, and service-level reports for management review.
• Prepare a six-month finished goods supply plan to meet S&OP forecasts, sales trends, and business requirements.
• Execute the monthly material requirement plan (MRP) and provide raw material and packaging material requisitions with a six-month planning horizon.
• Ensure raw material and packaging material availability to support production and unconstrained demands.
• Prepare and maintain BI dashboards with insights into sales, inventory, SKU performance, and channel profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) and Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or a related function.
• Experience in demand, supply, material, or production planning.
• Experience driving S&OP and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in ERP or supply chain systems such as SAP or equivalent.
• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Inventory management expertise.
