Assistant Program Supervisor

AT DIDSBURY KIDZ ACADEMY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the Program Supervisor in daily operations
• Step in to maintain required educator-to-child ratios and cover lunch breaks
• Support and mentor educators
• Help with programing, documentation and room supervision
• Ensure a safe, caring and inclusive environment for all children
• Follow licensing requirements and centre policies
• Perform other duties as required

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
• Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
• Experience working with young children
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of Alberta childcare regulations is an asset
• Passion for early childhood education
