About the role
Confidential is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor for Didsbury Kidz Academy.
Responsibilities
- Support the Program Supervisor in daily operations.
- Step in to maintain required educator-to-child ratios and cover lunch breaks.
- Support and mentor educators.
- Help with programming, documentation and room supervision.
- Ensure a safe, caring and inclusive environment for all children.
- Follow licensing requirements and centre policies.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification; Level 2 or 3 preferred.
- Experience working with young children.
- Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Alberta childcare regulations is an asset.
- Passion for early childhood education.
